Derrick Scott is the founding member of Insurance Management Group and managing partner of Renters Place property management. He has over 23 years experience in the insurance industry and has over 15 years experience owning, managing and investing in real estate. Derrick is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with an emphasis in marketing and business.

Mr. Scott started working with real estate investors and their insurance needs over 15 years ago and found that the products and solutions needed by property owners was drastically under-served. It became a mission to find and provide a solution to his clients that made sense. Since that time Derrick has worked with hundreds of investors and insured thousands of real estate properties all across the United States.

Tracy Streich is a managing partner of Insurance Management Group and Renters Place property management. Tracy is a graduate of Oklahoma Baptist University and has Masters in Social Work from the University of Oklahoma. Tracy’s experience in real estate stems from having owned and operated an appraisal company for more than 7 years. Tracy is currently a licensed broker and a member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers). As an investor himself, Tracy works with property owners from all over the United States on all aspects of the real estate transaction. He takes pride in providing solutions to investors and helping them accomplish their goals.
